Lawson Martindale

The founder of JLM Developments, Lawson has 40 years' experience in the construction business. After leaving Bristol Polytechnic, Lawson applied his practical skills to renovating properties and in doing so gained considerable hands-on experience in every aspect of construction. After many refurbishments and extension projects he took the company into the field of new build construction, completing his first new build house in Acre Lane, Heswall, Wirral.

After five years constructing new houses, due to the constraints of planning policy, he shifted the company's focus to extension work. This flexibility and the team's wide skill set has enabled the company to react to customer and market needs and has proved to be the template of JLM Developments' success to date.

Richard Martindale

Richard joined JLM Developments in 2003 after spending 28 years as an employee of a Liverpool-based building maintenance company.

His role within the company is one of hands-on project management. Richard ensures that your site is always clean, tidy, safe and secure and co-ordinates the prompt delivery of materials and equipment, so the job runs smoothly, without delay and with as little disruption to our customers as is possible.
