Richard Martindale was very diligent in ensuring the materials were on site at the appropriate times and that equipment and waste was moved away swiftly. We were especially impressed by the time and care Richard gave in ensuring the house and grounds were cleaned once the work was completed at each stage.

A building project of this size and nature was unfamiliar to us and could have left us feeling daunted by the work to be done. However, JLM Developments guided us through the whole process extremely smoothly. We were able to live in our home whilst the work was undertaken with minimal disruption to our daily routine.
