"I found Lawson Martindale's approach professional and honest throughout. All work was carried out to a very high standard and at all times the site was kept neat especially overnight.

In the unlikely event, if the work did not meet Lawson's personal high standards the work was redone from scratch at his own expense. On these occasions I honestly could not see the problem in the first place.

He works to a strict timetable and has been known to stay late (9 pm) on weekdays and come in on Saturdays and Bank holidays to make up for time.

He honours his original quotation and any extra expense incurred he takes gracefully on the chin.

Would I go through an extension again? If with JLM Developments, the answer is yes definitely.
